About Us
ATG Designs, LLC was established in 2002 by Marlo Myers and her husband David Myers. Initially the company designed websites for small business owners who needed a web presence at a reasonable price. While growing the business, Marlo became interested in the real estate market and how she could assist real estate professionals with their marketing needs. Having a background in computer science, marketing, and photography, Marlo converted the business into it's current form.
"I wanted to help real estate professionals, brokers, and new home builders market not only their listings but also themselves. I found that when agents needed a professional real estate photographer, virtual tour provider, online marketing assistance, and other resouces, they either had limited choices or none at all. Plus they had to enlist the help of many different providers instead of calling just one agency to do it all. I basically provide a 'one-stop-real-estate-marketing-shop'. An agent gets a listing and calls us for everything. We set up the photo shoot appointment, we handle the online marketing, virtual tours, fliers, and much more."
Flexibility is one important aspect of ATG's business philosophy. All products and services are offered 'al-a-cart', meaning clients can purchase what they need, when they need it.
"Although real estate agents, in particular, do get a commision for the sale of a property, this occurs at or after closing. Up until that point, they are working with their own funds to market and manage each listing. Many agents budget 10% or more of their closing profits for marketing a particular property. That's why we allow them to pick and chose the best products and services to achieve their goal. A SALE!"
